Bipolarity raises a lot of questions. This is normal, because being bipolar is neither easy to cope with nor easy to manage. Whether you are experiencing mania, hypomania or depression, you and your loved ones will suffer the consequences, sometimes feeling like you are on two different planets. How do you get back to reality and re-establish mutual trust. How do you accept your bipolarity and avoid feeling nostalgic about the “high highs”? How do you visualise a stable and balanced life?

Bipolar and stable, it's possible!
My coaching is above all a team effort, and consists of me helping my bipolar clients to determine for themselves what problems need solving, and to fully exploit their human potential.
It is on this basis that I propose a personalised plan to achieve lasting stabilisation, the ultimate goal being your personal fulfillment. Having transcended my bipolarity, I will encourage you to do the same.
To do this, we will put in place together tools and techniques adapted to your situation: work on self-esteem, lifestyle, mood regulation, motivation, discipline, communication with your family and friends or your therapists.
